Firstly, are you sleeping well? If the answer is no, then this is where we start. Correcting your sleep so that rest becomes restorative and a time of healing will correct most issues surrounding fatigue.  If, however, you sleep well, then we will look at the whole body as a system to see where your imbalances lie.  Hormones, food sensitivities, nerve and brain functions are all areas that we will assess to determine the best approach at improving your energy levels.
